Yes but there's nothing magical or mystical about it. Lots of hospitals have courses to teach people how to cope? with chronic pain so they don't have to use as much medication.

the reason why performing 'yogic flying' makes people happy is simple: all that bouncing is EXERCISE. Physical exercise releases endorphins in the brain, which in turn cause us to have what is commonly know as a "natural high". It would? be more effective, and much cheaper if that stock analyst just went running, or worked out.

The fact is poor heat conductors are poor heat emitters. It's physics. If you stick your hand in the center of an oven at hundreds of degrees, you will very likely feel the heat but your hand will not burn even though the air in the oven is hundreds of degrees. The air releases very little heat when in contact with your skin even though the average temperature of the air is hundreds of degrees. The coals are poor heat conductors due to their porosity.?

I do believe that some people can control pain, ?

Yeah anyone that asks questions is a "narrow minded skeptic" right? We should? just listen to what you say and blindly believe it. Pretty obvious what organization you are a part of. Go lead a cult or something brat.
By: videosfromderelix. on 30 Jun 11, 09:47:28
Don't be ridiculous. that STUFF doesn't actually work. you can't just say something and expect it to magically CHANGE the minds of people. like if I said put a sandwich IN YOUR MOUTH it wouldn't make you want to eat a sandwich, did it? PENNIES ARE MADE OF? FAIRY CHOCOLATE

Yeah these comments are old. I personally think that most likely aliens exist but I don't claim that its true. I believe? though because of the amount of galaxies with millions of stars, planets and the idea that our planet is the only one harboring life sounds off.

He's a better stock analyst because he can 'fly'?? Okaaaaaaay....

I know the commment is really old, but since most of the comments here are five months old I don't feel too bad responding. If you believe in other planets for no reason, you Are crazy. It doesn't matter that you're? right, you already have a powerful delusion because you so strongly believe something is true for no logical reason. If I am Certain there is a keebler elf in the pocket of the president of the united states, right Now. And there Is I'm not any less crazy.

I've been in very tedious debates with people who believe the fire walking nonsense. You can explain it detail by detail, but believers? just will not accept that magic isn't involved.
By: scrap222666. on 09 Nov 10, 13:18:39
lol at the fire walking, disproved by science for a long time now. Basically? while to coals are 1000 degrees the ash on top of it is much less and adding the fact you don't penetrate too deep or either stand on it too long you will be fine.

The greatest? deception mankind has ever faced is religion.
By: 420blazejuggalo. on 12 Oct 10, 20:49:30
Why is mainstream religion any less ridiculous than any of this? stuff.
By: floridaman2000. on 12 Oct 10, 18:39:46
this is inconceivable that people will fall for such quackary of any and or all ways shapes and or forms and people who do this fakery and clams this to be real is absurd at one lecture of peter popoff is that people threw their? prescriptions on his stage thinking that the miracle of god worked threw him are you serious that people actually believe such nonsense unbelieveable, people who believe in this nonsense are dense dumb and diluted how can people fall for this when they know they shouldnt

I didn't contradict myself, you made ignorant assumptions about me even though you know nothing about me. You assumed that because you? thought a certain way (everyone who disagrees with you needs to be "re-educated) that I must too. See, I can make silly assumptions too. According to you, sure. You go living your life thinking you have all the answers, have fun with that. I don't need to lie to myself.
By: TheBenEEeee. on 21 Sep 10, 12:10:23
You had previously contradicted yourself,? I was merely pointing out that you can't have things both ways. Reality isn't an illusion, or a dream. It can't be made up, it is here.
By: videosfromderelix. on 21 Sep 10, 03:46:52
"Because I think you have it mixed up, if you cared what people thought, you'd not challenge them - if you only cared for the truth behind the matter, you'd be a complete? dick and demand they show you what they claim." So now the way I do things is wrong or the way I think I feel about something is wrong? Let me explain this to you, because your pretty mixed up. I don't care, so why should I attack anyone's beliefs? If I cared, that's when I would. Your logic doesn't make any sense.
By: videosfromderelix. on 21 Sep 10, 03:45:50
Why would I attack somebody's beliefs if I don't care? That makes no sense at all. The only reason I would have for? doing so is if that person attacks everyone's beliefs. What truth? Do you really think you have the truth? Do you think any of us do? It's pretty easy for you to bash everyone's beliefs but it doesn't change the fact that you know no more about reality than anyone else.
By: TheBenEEeee. on 20 Sep 10, 13:32:30
Alright, fair enough. I know there are some people I'll no longer hang out with because they don't appreciate me "interrogating" them IRL, whatever that means... but still, if you didn't care about what people thought, wouldn't? you "attack peoples' claims" too? Because I think you have it mixed up, if you cared what people thought, you'd not challenge them - if you only cared for the truth behind the matter, you'd be a complete dick and demand they show you what they claim.
By: videosfromderelix. on 20 Sep 10, 03:56:50
Are you even reading my replies anymore? Did I not say it's possible that I was hallucinating, the fact remains that there is no proof of this theory so I shouldn't just blindly agree with it because it makes me feel safer somehow. The monkey thing, I wouldn't believe you but I wouldn't care enough to demand evidence because it's none? of my business if you believe the things you believe. I don't attack peoples claims because they have no proof. Crazy, I know.
